For how old and run down this hotel was, the staff had done well to keep it clean. I had contact with Cody, who was very attentive and concerned about making things right. He was fixing the problem from my first room before I had repacked and left. The LOVE company could definitely invest a little money in a new sign and some renovations!

The property is an older traditional motel. It is dated and hasn't been upgraded or modernized. However, everything in the room except one bedside light worked fine, and it was clean. The room has a refrigerator and the heat/ac unit also worked well. The bed was very comfortable. The shower unit had plenty of hot water. The room is spacious for a motel. It could use more lights and plugs and a window curtain and shade which offered more options for privacy while allowing some light. The motel is located on the main route in town and offers easy access to gas, food, and shopping. Free parking close to the room entrance is provided. Overall, a perfectly satisfactory motel for spending a few nights visiting the area, and at a very reasonable price.

Plug ins didn’t work. Power strip hanging at an angle on the wall didn’t seem to be up to code. No safety locks on door to outside. In adequate lighting in main room. Bathroom sink faucets not connected to sink. No coffee available for breakfast. Very clean facility. The cleanest I’ve seen!

Tomahawk ride!

It was to put my body to rest during the tomahawk weekend. It was good enough for the four of us . The bathroom need some work on the countertop and the fan for the bathroom didn’t work. But the water was hot . The office was very friendly and if we needed anything he was willing to give us what we needed. The carpets needed to be replaced a lot of stains on the floor from who knows what? The beds were on the way out soon they will need replacing . Needed more outlets for our phones to charge over the night had to place them across the room to charge. The door could use a better lock for security purposes. They offered coffee biscuits and gravy and sweet rolls and granola bars.

Very disappointing. We booked a double queen room. When they called to confirm we were asked if we could move to king room because of business. We agreed as they stated no extra charge The room was next to the office. Clean but very outdated with watermarks all over the ceiling... no safety latch on the door.. just a piece of rubber to go over the door knob once your inside. Very loud all night... kids running and screaming upstairs... dog barking.. people yelling etc. The next morning we checked out ( a day early) and spoke ti the manager about the noise etc.. he said " ya thats why we dont rent that room.. we live upstairs ... they refused to refund the second night. Also no vending machines.. dont waste your money here...

The pictures on the listing are very deceiving. The curtains were falling off, shower was missing the hot water knob, no blankets only sheets, and the room was dark and dirty. We had to wait two hours to check in because they just reopened that day after a health inspection. When we returned the room still needed towels and pillows. We walked in the room, looked around and canceled because it was gross and did not feel safe.

The hotel cancelled my reservation as I was sitting in my truck in their parking lot, 38 minutes before check-in at 2pm. I will copy paste the message below. Also I have called expedite no less than five times trying to get my money refunded. And I am still trying. So DO NOT go to this hotel. And it might also be a good idea to not use this app. Hi there, the Love Hotels Tomahawk just closed a moment ago. We apologize for the inconvenience; your reservation has been canceled and a refund will be issued. Thank you, and have a great day.

The caretaker, Dean, was a real hoot and an all-around friendly guy. The hotel was great for what we were looking for. The only thing I'd tell management is that they need chain locks/deadbolts on the doors

***BEWARE***When we checked in we noticed that the room smelled. When we checked under the sheets we found that the beds and carpet were both stained with bodily fluids. We went to the front desk and told them we decided not to stay. He told us to leave the door open and the keys in the room. Now they are refusing to refund us for our nights stay.

The main office was locked when we arrived. The manager was sitting at a campfire in the middle of the parking lot. Was very rude the whole encounter. He did not accept what Expedia offered for the price of the room and charged an extra $110 for the room for a total of $219 for a $50 room. Wall paneling, nails and debris in middle of parking lot. The room had a sticky floor no blanket, just a plastic top sheet. We ask for a blanket, he says to turn the heater on. Eventually we get a blanket with yellow stains all over it. Disgusting, we didn't use it. Tape over a crack on the shower floor, garbage was left in the room, exhaust fan in bathroom was stained and disgusting. Plaster on floor. Television couldn't get any stations, no continental breakfast. Etc.

This was a horrible place. The rooms stunk. The floor was soft and soggy. The bathroom floor was so soft that my foot visibly sunk down. My wife had an asthma attack within 3 minutes of entering the room. We ended up not staying there and finding another place. I don’t know how this place is allowed to stay open to people.

shower knobs were not secured, Dirty and dated. Pillows were uncomfortable. Took almost an hour to check in as the people in front of us were waiting for keys to their room that the host could not find. My bathroom hand towel was a cut up towel.They jacked the price up for the even we were at. Good location but grossly overpriced.
