Very nice and helpful staff. Rooms very clean. New sheets and towels each day. Tokyo station only a few minutes walk away with all kinds of shops. 7/11 around the corner.

Construction noise is constant. Location to Tokyo station was very great. The air conditioning system worked very well and we were comfortable. The pillow feels like a brick and you have to hurdle to get into the tub. Staff is very friendly!

Excellent customer service. Front desk and housekeeping staff are super friendly and helpful. Perfect location, surrounding by nice restaurants and convenience stores. Near Narita JR station and lots of malls. A bit smelly when entering the room (from bathroom). Single room is small, be aware of the size of the room.

My only complaint is that the air conditioning didn’t work properly and we were very warm. We couldn’t open our window as we were right above all the vents and machinery for the building so it was too loud and a bit smelly to have it open. Location, however, was fantastic.
