Good hotel in a convenient location, with friendly staff. My room was good size for Japanese standards, and the bathroom was quite something with a wooden bath. Perfect for a short stay in Tokyo, close to Ginza and Tsukiji market.

Spectacular hotel in Tokyo

What a wonderful stay! This hotel was beautifully designed and had an amazing vibe. The staff and particularly concierge was incredibly helpful and friendly. The stay came with a free matcha from the lobby bar and we made use of the private wooden spa bath which was lovely. Will make this my go to hotel for all my figure visits to Tokyo.

Just stayed here for a little under 2 weeks. Firstly I have to say the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was very well cleaned, and the location is super convenient between Tsukiji, Shintomicho, and Higashi-Ginza subway stations. But the design of this hotel made staying there for an extended period of time less than comfortable. The way things were laid out make it seem like it was the architect/interior designerโ€™s first job out of college with no supervision. Spaces are cramped with doors swinging in the worst directions, trash cans are tiny even though Tokyo has almost no public trash cans, the room is tiny but the bathroom is unnecessarily large which leaves the only space to put bags (no drawers) on the bathroom floor. The elevator is aggravatingly slow and the stairs are emergency only. The queen bed was only accessible from one side, there were no nightstands, charging plugs were oddly in the center of the bed, no freezer, no microwave, the faucet seemed to be leaking and the sink plug would close on itself. Overall, the building itself was horrible, only redeemed by staff, cleanliness, and location. This really was a disappointment considering how I had opted to spend more on this place than another cheaper option I considered. I would avoid staying here again unless it were only for a night or two. ใ‚นใ‚ฟใƒƒใƒ•ใซๆ„Ÿ่ฌใ—ใพใ™ใŒใ€ใ‚ใชใŸใฏ็ด ๆ™ดใ‚‰ใ—ใ‹ใฃใŸใงใ™๏ผ

This hotel is in an excellent location in walking distance to the main Ginza shopping area. The staff is very nice and spoke English. The boxed bento breakfast was delicious. I am vegan and they gave me a veggie box option which was great. Free bread, pastries, coffee, and juice were available in the lobby every morning as well. It was very quiet. I will say, the room looks a little larger in photos online. But there was just enough room to have two suitcases and still have walking space. There were complimentary drinks in the fridge (water, soda, beer). The square wooden tub was nice but a little dirty when we checked in and the water had a hard time fully draining from one of the corners of the tub. The bed was nice and soft. We slept great! There was nice water pressure and heat in the shower. Overall we liked staying here.

I couldnโ€™t speak more highly of Tsuki hotel. It definitely approached the expectation level that I had for it and though the rooms are extremely tiny it was appointed very stately and the bathroom was masterful and elegant. Immaculately clean hotel. I will definitely be staying at Tsuki again in the future!

I feel like they scammed me. I booked a Queen room for 4 nights, they charged me over $1100. The room is super tiny small that you canโ€™t even walk, no space for your suitcase. If you have a partner, 2 people canโ€™t walk at the same time. Donโ€™t believe their pictures . This is totally scammed. A tyni box for more than $200/night is a scam. I cancelled and walked out immmedialy. After I booked at Park hotel Tokyo with same rate but it is excellent!!!
