Great access from Mitsukoshimae station and Ningyocho station, still in reasonable price including breakfast. The staffs are very gentle and helpful. The room I stayed was not big still it was clean and equipped with what I needed for my business trip.

Pros: - Very helpful and kind lobby staff - Located within walking distance to good department stores and multiple station lines - Located in a street that doesn't get too busy, so taxi pick ups are smooth Cons: - There's only one elevator serving all of the floors, so it may be inconvenient at busy times when lots of people are trying to go up or down to the lobby - The bathroom in the room might be a bit dated-- turning on the faucet or flushing the toilet causes the pipes to make a lot of loud noises.

I stayed in three hotels during my visit to Japan and this one was my favorite one by far! The entrance to the metro station is literally right next door so the hotel was very convenient for public transportation. There were activities in the lounge on different days and nice free amenities such as coffee and skincare packs. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. The price was very reasonable. I was sad to leave this hotel!

Room was so small we could hardly move around, the bathroom was small and the bath water leaked which made the towels drenched which we put on floor to stop slipping. The lillows were thin and we only got one each was dissapointing, as we were out early and late back never saw anyone to ask for extra. Location was good 8 mins to nearest metro, vending machines 1 min away. Able to drop luggage early before check in and leave at check out free of charge. Area felt safe.

In the center of everything, anything is a few stops away. Near a bunch of convenience stores and near a few train stations as well. The rooms were very clean and had very great toilets. Would stay again.

We liked the location as it was convenient to travel around Tokyo from and was a chilled out area with a handy 7/11, 1 minute away. The staff are really friendly. We had an issue with the air conditioning and they changed our room.

Great Hotel for Tokyo!

Hotel was extremely clean, I really enjoyed my stay! would stay again - it was close to a lot of places. Only one thing, the mattress is a bit hard so if you have back problems, be careful. Pillows also could of been better but other than that, everything was great.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. This location is a bit of a gem because it is so central and well connected while still being quite affordable. The breakfast option is fairly straightforward with rice, curry, bread etc. But it is still quite delicious and good value. If/when I return to Tokyo, I will definitely check for availability here.

Worth the price!

Hotel is great, no issues. Location was good. Service is great. Only compliant would be that the hotel room we had was pretty small but it has everything you need. Lighting is great. Ac works well, there is a humidifier in the room.
