Good stay for Tokyo. Though the place is little bit remote from the center, there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. And the Aeon Mall across the street provides everything.

It was convenient to be able to take a bus from Haneda Airport to Toyosu Station, which is close to the hotel. There was a shopping mall right in front of the hotel, and I was able to find everything there, including the post office, bank, and food court.

I like big public bath. TOYOSU Market (Sushi) is very close. Good price. They provide the free shuttle to the station even just 10 minutes walk. It's so helpful at rainy day. Just one is the space of room. I will select much larger at next time.

Basically everything was good so no complaints. For me personally the bed was really hard so it was fairly uncomfortable, I had to use the comforter blanket as padding to make it better. That's pretty much it, everything else was nicely done!

Its a very nice Hotel with massive big size rooms, friendly staff especially the seattle driver 👌, one thing made us little disappointed is, we couldn't book breakfast at the hostel, which usually its easy to do. Overall 9out of 10

The room was a bit small and there were not enough hooks in the bathroom (two towel hooks in a three-bed room), but it was clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a 7 Eleven and across the street from a huge superstore (Aeon Mall). There is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The 7 Eleven has an ATM inside and the hotel has a currency exchange machine inside as well.

Great hotel in Tokyo
Great location and great value. Breakfast was fantastic with many choices. Large mall and restaurants across the street. Free shuttle to train station with access to all transit options. Bus 16 to and from Tokyo station stops right across the street (at overpass) and right in front of the hotel.

Great location in Odaiba close to a train station and bus stops. Relatively quiet area compared to other places in Tokyo which was nice. Staff are very friendly and spoke English which was very helpful.

Self laundry is a headache
Hotel is clean and staffs are nice. But room is really small, have to book an extra room for 2 adults & 2 Kids. The most important disappointing is the self laundry. Many guests are waiting, I went to pickup on time, but my clothes were sent to the reception, someone stopped my laundry. All clothes were still wet. I asked the staff what happened, but nobody in night shift understood English... Frustrated at the last night.

Overall good.
Large supermarket AEON across the street. 10 mins walk to Toyosu station. For tourist, the walk gets tiring repeated everyday. Free Shuttle bus stops after 1020am. The triple room we had was small. I guess that's to be expected at this price range and in Tokyo. The hotel is very clean.

The service was great. Had English speaking staff that really helped with both check in and extending an extra night when our flight was cancelled. A very nice hotel and within a quick walk of two subway stations.

Perfect location and great amenities
Amazing hotel with great location, bus stop from narita airport only 2 min walk from the hotel and other bus service right in front of the hotel. Big shopping mall cross away from hotel is plus also only 12 min walk from team lab in Koto. We went to odaiba and took Tokyo cruise and greeting with spectacular fire work before we landed.
