overall satisfied. the room was clean but the smell of spices were very strong and the traffic noise was very disturbing. the pots were too old and should put a warning for the pots and pans as it burns its own plastic handles. Otherwise, good location and friendly management and nice deco.

Convenient, spaceious n clean hotel.

We hv took a one room appertment. Can stay 4 pax conveniently. No need to worry for the breakfast as two of 24 hour Marts are near by. Train station are just 7 min walking distance.

Great for families

This was perfect for our family of 4. It is a close walk to the subway and there is a great grocery store at the station. So, it's easy to cook in the apartment, which was perfect for us. It is also a very spacious apartment for the area and the washer/dryer was a huge plus after we'd been traveling for over a week. There is very minimal interaction with staff, so it's best for folks who can be independent. But we had never been to Japan before and we had no problems at all. We all loved the place and would definitely stay here again.

Great check in experience, everything explained and the room was massive. After staying in some small places for a number of days this was great change. place was really nice with everything we needed for a comfortable 4 days.

息子の受験の為一週間滞在しました。無料の自転車もあり、近隣のスーパー、下北沢散策など便利に利用しました。簡単な地図が部屋にあれ便利とおもいました。食器が少ない、小皿、グラス、ザルなどあれば自炊には、便利とおもいます。相対的にはまた利用したいホテルです。

Good place for long term tourlist.

It's very good for long term traveling. There are kitchen, laundry, living room, and free Wifi/bicycle. The location is a little bit far from downtown, but you can use subway or bicycle.

よかった。 駅からもう少し近いと嬉しい。 周辺にはコンビ二もあるし、アクセス以外は悪くない。 アメニティもあり、キッチンの食器もキレイにされていたので不快感が一切なかった。 また、フローリングだが、埃もなくベッドシーツも綺麗だった。

都会の生活を体験できる

部屋は広くておしゃれ。思っていたよりも駅からも近かったです。友人と3人で泊まったのですが、誰かの家に遊びに来たよう。ワンフロア1部屋だけだったのも、周りを気にせず寛げてよかった。キッチンのオーブンのあたり等、ホコリの被っているところがあったりしたのが残念。包丁、皿、マグカップ、フライパンなどもあるので、長期で泊まっても楽しそうです。

浴室の排水がよくなれば文句なし。

広くて良かったが、バスタブの水を抜くと排水しきれず浴室の床全体に溢れ、翌日まで乾かない。またそのためか、少々異臭がした。 台所は使いやすかった。

주변에 식당이나 편의점이 없습니다. 요요기 우에하라 역까지 거리도 생각보다 멀구요~ 그래서 대중교통이 불편합니다. 다만 가격대비 넓은 공간을 즐기기엔 좋습니다. 청소를 해주지는 않지만 요리도 하구 빨래도 할 수 있구 오피스텔을 싸게 빌리는 느낌이네요~ 렌트카가 있으면 꽤 편리할 것 같네요~

酒店位置較偏僻，即使我們駕車前往，亦有困難，原因是那裏沒有電話號碼（因我們用日文gps, 只懂輸入電話號碼搵位置），我們需要在gps地圖按大約的位置，再在附近便利店問職員才找到位置。每次外出回來亦靠輸入附近便利店電話號碼才能回到酒店。酒店本身已不是打掃得太整潔，而且還每4天才清潔一次，我們住到第三天酒店已相當大塵，那裏沒有提供清潔用品如地拖，掃把給客人自己打掃，結果之後兩天都住在塵垢飛揚的客房中。當然，垃圾亦伴隨我們4天。還有，當我們到達時，所有枕頭都沒有套上枕頭袋。酒店隔音差，要帶耳塞才能睡。以這個價錢住這個質素既酒店有點不值。唯一令我們開心既地方係能夠一家人住在同一個apartment內。
