"Washer and drier needs to be fixed, bathroom needs to be cleaned and bathtub needs to work properly and not flood. Over all poor and terrible. Staff was amazing."

"Very convenient and new hotel "

"The location is rather off track. Right in front of a highway flyover. Building were only service with just 6 to 8 persons and every morning, it's just a terrible wait for stopping all floors before you can end up on ground for your breakfast. Breakfast close like 10 am just too early. I wouldn't rate it as 3 stars.maybe one"

"Good location, clean and comfortable but very small rooms which is normal for the city. We struggled to open a suitcase without putting it on the bed. Breakfast had limited options but was still good enough to set you up for the day."

"Hotel is in a fantastic location with great amenities. The public bath was a lifesaver after long days in hot and humid Tokyo. Staff was very helpful with forwarding our luggage. Rooms are small but manageable for a couple and the under bed storage helps. Beds were comfy. My husband and I would definitely stay here again on our next trip!"

"Well presented and clean"
