"スタッフの接客は全員最高。チェックアウトが11時なのに朝風呂が9時退出なのが残念。 和室のサッシ際は隙間風が冷たくて困った。 エアコンの室外機が詰まっていてエアコンの効きが悪い。イルミネーションの半分ほどはホテルから観られるので、宿泊者の入場料は少しは割り引いて欲しい。"

"周辺の観光等での利用としては立地は良いと思います。 布団の中綿がどこからか出てくる事と部屋の清掃が連泊で3日に1度の為、2泊した結果部屋の至る所に綿が落ちている状態だった。 また、リモコンのベタつきが気になったので、リモコンとテーブル上等はウェットティッシュにて清掃しないと触れたくないレベルでした。 連泊時のゴミが貯まったらエレベーター横のゴミ箱に捨てる説明があったが【普通ゴミ】【ビン・カン】【タオル・部屋着】の3種類の為、ペットボトルはどこに？な感じでした。（フロントマンに確認するとロビー入口の自販機のゴミ箱でとの事でした。） 部屋に常備されているものとアメニティ置き場の種類の被りがあった為、無駄に持っていきました。（スリッパ等）"

"Need more variety of food for dinner & breakfast. They stop making fresh pizza and bringing fresh food out from the kitchen as there were not many new customers in the restaurant. "

"客室について 机の奥行きが狭いため、パソコン作業がし辛い。 ドアの厚みが薄いのか、他の部屋のドア開閉音が結構響き気になる。 それ以外はリニューアル後なのか、とても綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。またスタッフの方の対応もとても素晴らしかったです。"
