"The host was extremely nice and when we asked for help locating something she would assist us by doing research, calling on our behalf and speaking to the business to ensure we were taken care of. If you are looking for a Home stay experience this is a good spot. breakfast made daily at the time that you specify and a verity of Japanese foods. "
"Perfect location if you are going to Disneyland. One minute walk to the train station and it's only two stops away. Everything was clean and organized. They have working stations where you can plug your phone/laptop etc. Not much around the neighborhood but there are two convinience stores walking distance."

"Very family friendly hotel! Staff was very friendly! Hotel is right at the pick up and drop off for the bus to and from Tokyo Disneyland ! Very convenient! 2 minute walk to a Lawsons. Only issue was one dryer out of 2 was working and gave the clothing a mold/mildew smell. Even after drying for an hour and a half, clothing still not fully dry. Other than that, would stay there again! "
"We had a wonderful family stay.
The staff were kind and always went the extra mile, and the hotel was spotless and well maintained.
A perfect mix of warm hospitality and cleanliness highly recommended!
Many thanks. "
"Short 1 night stay in Tokyo Bay Area, it was a 30min walk to the local train station although the hotel did have shuttle buses. There was a kettle for making hot drinks."
"Stayed Lumiere Kasai Hotel for 4 nights with my family of 2 kids. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, the room was clean and got cleaned daily very thoroughly by hard working staff. The location is very convenient. Your limou bus from Narita airport stops 2 min walk from hotel and Kasai station trains will take you wherever you want to go. Close to Disneyland and Teamlab planets but a little bit far from other side of the city attraction which was ok.
They made good memory for my family hence I'll give them a 5 STAR excellent considering the value we received for the price we paid!
Thank you"
