"What a sad way to end a romance package with my girlfriend. I stayed at the W Ko Samui for three nights as part of a package. On day two I got severe food poisoning from a papaya salad cooking class that was included in our package — high fever, couldn’t keep anything down, completely bedridden. "Riesen Anlage - daher sehr weite Wege Sehr schöne Pools - mit Meerblick Frühstücksbuffet sehr vielseitig Zimmer war leider an manchen Stellen nicht sauber und sehr hellhörig, vor allem die Straße. Fahrstuhl leider durchgehend defekt. Rezeption 1 teilweise unfreundliches Personal Strand hätte man schöner machen können. Massagen und Essen/Dienstleistungen komplett überteuert. "A potentially nice resort if the owner would care about her guests. They didn't. Breakfast very poor, coffee machine broken so they served this typically sour, old coffee. No pool staff, lack of chair matrasses. In the evening the resort is -besides the guard- dead. There is nobody from staff, only some guests. The resort is known around for a owner who doesn't care. Only stay there if you want a large villa with a perfect large bed, that's the only positive thing i can tell."
