"The hotel management service is good.compensate us with 1 day free breakfast after we wasted 2 hours no entry due to faulty door lock and need to change room. However both room is dusty, observed thick dust all over on Aircon vent and cupboard, floor is dirty. Space is small for triple room. No room for walking if open the luggages. "We loved our stay here: Our first time visiting Seoul, Korea week, and this hotel made our trip very memorable! Wonderful daily breakfast that had a great Korean menu and rarely good continental breakfast option as well. They also provide complimentary luggage storage with secure digital lockers on the lobby level for the staying customers. daily housekeeping was well done. "The room was a good size and it is nice to have a table and chair. To save one waste there is only an all in one shampoo/body wash. The communal area is well organised and convenient.
