"We try to stay here whenever we are in this part of town, mainly because of the real onsen that they have. Other things I like: potable water right out of the faucet in the bathroom, overall cleanness, and closed to stores and train stations. "

"接客も良く、ホテルの雰囲気も色々とおもてなしもあり大満足です！ ただ、1歳の息子を連れていきましたが近くのドラッグストアやコンビニにオムツやおしり拭きを置いていない場所が多く、少し不便さを感じました。。でも美味しいご飯屋さんや居酒屋もたくさんあったので子供が大きくなったらまた泊まりに行きたいなと思います。"

"The property is beautiful and grand with a fantastic breakfast and the most attentive staff, the only thing is we found was that is wasn’t walkable to any of the attractions or areas we wanted to visit, and the closest metro was about a 20 min walk away."

"The room is modern and everything is well designed. Careful to small details and make the stay cozy. The location is good which the hotel is above JR station although it needs around half an hour to centre of Tokyo. However, the sound insulation would be better improved which I heard the snore of the room next door."
