The place is simple and comfortable, well kept, and offers a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The owner is extremely kind, polite, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Although the location is a bit farther from the city center, it’s a great option if you’re looking for comfort and a peaceful stay.

I givethis rating of five stars because Daisy the owner, is so wonderful. I ended up checking in late. She helped me order food. She was very very accommodating. Her English is very good. The room that I stayed in was very clean and had everything that you would need. I will stay there again When I will have to stay in Panama City. The grounds are absolutely beautiful.

What was nice is the owner allowed Me to checkin early. So i paid for one day. Other hotels dont allow it. But the exterior is not applealing. The room is vlea and big. The bed slightly too hard. I noticrd later i had nots on o e dide of my waist.

The location was very convenient to and from the airport. And the owner was very helpful in helping us order food. The neighborhood is very noisy because it is on a bus route which is convenient if you know the route. It is very close to the Mall, too, if you would want to go shopping or eat American fast food.

The managers are extra accommodating and ready to help with every need. Even though it is located in a noisy area the kindness and helpfulness of the managers more than make up for the outside noise.

worth the money

We were there for only one night and the place to be near the airport surprise us, the attencion, place super clean, the host was very helpfull, towell, bed sheets were clean, and smell good. The coffe machine and the fridge in the room helps a lot, the only ''problem'' was the loud music in the car wash in front of, but we could sleep very well

After paying for a taxi, I could not get in. There was not phone or any way to contact anyone. The place seems to be located in a rough part of town. I end up taking the same taxi to a different hotel. WHAT READY BAD EXPERIENCE

this place is a disgrace to Hotels.com

They did not honor my reservation. They said they were closed for service and left me without a bed for the night at 10 pm at night. They provided me with not advance notice despite me telling them I had a late arrival and got approval to arrive later than they are open. This place should be removed from Hotels.com and not allowed to return. this behavior should not be allowed to happen.
