Pedí habitación frente a la alberca (la alberca que me quedaba cerca no estaba en servicio), y nadie me aviso, no me hicieron la limpieza de la habitación, no me permitieron hacer el check out más tarde, a pesar de que no había tanta gente en el restaurante la atención del personal fue muy lenta

La habitación muy limpia y el personal super amable lo único en lo que deben tener mas atención son los colchones, ya necesitan renovarlos,,, tiene muchos resortes botados... eso hace poco confortable el descanso esto pasa en la habitación 12 todo lo demás bien..

Very clean loft, good shower, comfy bed. Road noise not a factor. Would not stay here if I had a car as I saw a broken car window twice in 3 nights right in front of building. The building has a locked gate so the building felt safe.
