The Breakfast you can’t imagine how many things they have, you will be full before you even start eating. The staff are lovely kind, and always they want to help you and make you happy and make ur need happen"

"The Hotel is just next to galleria shopping mall, and near buy a shopping area.. Easy parking as well as Valet service. in the heart of Sweifieh area , which is full of shops and small restaurants . safe and convenient . very polite and helpful staff ."

"Our first time booking this hotel and we do not plan on ever coming back. The first room never showed any picture or a description of it being a connected room to where we could hear everything that was happening next door. Severe lack of ventilation/air circulation. The staff? Very rude. You’d have a question and they’d always give you an attitude or show a lack of attention to the matter. We were then switched to another smaller room without a price change or some money back. The room still needed fixing and they placed us in it."
