"No room cleaning on daily basis until check out which means that the towels are the same. No toiletries given, toothbrush and toothpaste. General liquid for soap and shampoo. The jug given is dirty, unwashed. No fridge to store food. No view because the front is another building with workers who live without drawing the curtain. The bed is comfortable and can sleep peacefully at night. The water, air conditioner and wifi is good."

"The price for my stay was very nice for the hotel room. It does seem safe although there are stairs. Not recommended for handicapped people or physically disabled people. Surprisingly, the location is quiet unless if you have loud people in adjacent room. If that's the case, the walls are very thin. Considerable ampount of food and dining options if without transportation since the Bangi Complex Shopping is right there. The facilities are clean enough.
