The hotel is located at a very magical and beautiful place. If you like nature, quiet and tranquil, this is the place to go! The staff could not possibly be more helpful and attentive. Exceeded all expectation. Been in many hotels, but this one rates far the highest in hospitality. Very child and family friendly. Thank you for making our stay special.

A hotel nagyon kényelmes, és tiszta. A recepció mindenben a segítségünke volt. A reggeli és vacsora bőséges és nagyon finom. A welness rész pihentető, bár a welness recepción tartózkodó idősebb hölgynek elég kötekedős hangulata volt, a többiek nagyon segítőkészek voltak. A karácsonyi hangulatot kiválóan sikerült elövarázsolni.

Nagyon sok szállodában jártunk már, de egyikben sem tapasztaltuk a következőket:a kutyának tál és első napi ennivaló, tisztasági zacskóval bekészítva, szobában vízforraló teafűvel, jól záródó szúnyogháló, nagyon csendes légkondi. Külön dicséret a recepción dolgozóknak.

Nice hotel in a beautiful area

Very nice hotel with friendly staff and lots of facilities and family friendly. The surrounding area is excellent for outdoor activities like bicycling, canoeing, fishing or just strolling by the lake. You can rent bikes and canoes from the hotel and enjoy the nature and when you return you can head for the spa.

Internet access

Pleasant hotel but virtually no internet access. We had a problem at checkout as the receptionist was not aware that we had prepaid. We should mention that throughout our stay room 212 was pervaded by an unpleasant odour (drain) which could only be improved by opening the French doors on to the balcony. Not an option at night or when we were away from the room. We reported this to reception but don’t think it was understood,

Entspannung pur.

Wir hatten leider den ganzen Tag regen aber man kann sich mit Kind im Hotel gut beschäftigen. Es gibt dort zwei Spielzimmer für Groß und Klein und das wunderbar warme Thermalbad. Leider bietet die Umgebung kaum Ausflugsmöglichleiten bei schlecht Wetter. Es ist alles für Ausflüge im Freien ausgelegt und die sind ausreichend. Das Essen ist typisch ungarisch. Wenn etwas alle war musste man nachfragen, dass war das einziege minus. Ansonsten war das Personal bemüht die Wünsche zu erfüllen, trotz mancher Verständigungsprobleme da viele kein oder nur schlecht Englisch konnten.
