"The room and bath were very clean and comfortable. Staff provided fresh towels on the second day. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we checked in. The breakfast could have been better with some fruit and flavored coffee creamer. "

"Hotel was not in the best shape pictures make it look better than it is. The staff had their kids there and stayed in the pool and took up chairs and space for guest and even had the table covered with food they was grilling and having to run back and forth if someone came to check in cause they where to busy lounging at the pool. Came back to the hotel to cop cars covering the parking lot arresting ppl for selling drugs. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Lesson learned!"

"Great stay except someone stole my backpack I had sitting at the pool poor communication with staff on checking the Cameras my keys to everything and my phone plus tools was all In the back pack and they really could care less on helping me track it down "

"Tub Was Backed up, mold on the ceiling, beds uncomfortable, AC was weak and took quite a bit to cool down to a comfortable temperature. booked 6 nights, only stayed one night"

"I want sure what category this fell under. You had just bought the Coldwater Inn in Tuscumbia, AL. We had to check in 3 different times and obtain 3 different sets of keys. Inconvenient. But no big deal. But i thonk that caused the next issue. Our room wasnt cleaned while we were there and we were there a full week. Had to ask for toilet paper. No made beds, etc. Again. No big deal as it was just my husband and I. Just thought you would want to know how the transition is going. "

"It was a short, pleasurable stay. The room was clean overall. There was mold along the side of the tub and in the shower head. Enjoyed breakfast each morning but disappointed there was no fresh fruit either morning."

"Very friendly staff. I had a lot of questions prior to renting due to me being out of state and not able to see property prior to renting it for my brother who needed a place to stay until his apartment was ready. The front desk clerk that I spoke with was very open to answering my questions. Stay was a month for my brother. He had no complaints. He said he stay there again. "
