A little confusion over room type (twin beds booked - but it was quickly resolved) and dinner (you have to give notice that you want to eat there - but again, this was resolved and we were able to get an evening meal) The pool was available and as described which was nice. Overall a very pleasant stay. "

"Convenient location next to train station (which in Europe can be a plus and minus), Less than 15 minute walk to anything worth seeing in Grosetto. Very friendly staff helped with early check in. Room is quite plain and could use some updating, but was clean. Bed a bit uneven. Good wifi and tv options. "
