"Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is clean, beautiful, and conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, bars, and the mall. Parking was very convenient. The view honestly is breathtaking and breakfast was 10/10 just make sure you have European phone charger."

"I ordered tacos on the rooftop bar that were delicious. And the breakfast buffet the next day had quite a lot of choices. The buffet was well stocked. Also delicious. I would recommend this hotel. It’s beautiful."

"Room 306 is basically a studio apartment complete with a laundry washer in the bathroom and a kitchen with a full size refrigerator and an oven (but no microwave). There was a clothes drying rack on the balcony. We found all of it to be very useful. The air conditioning worked well. The bed was comfortable. The sheets and towels were clean. The room was fairly quiet. The wifi worked. On the down side, there is no lift. The fixtures are somewhat out of date. The bathroom floor has some broken tiles. The bathroom had a slightly unpleasant smell (but not too bad). The light switch for the bathroom is in an inconvenient location. There was no curtain on the balcony door, so there was light coming in from the balcony all the time. The location is good, very close to some shops, including two of the best supermarkets in Tirane. The German Hospital is across the street, along with several pharmacies. It's about 1km from the city center."

"The sweetest most accommodating staff I have ever worked with. They booked us a taxi from the airport, checking in was so easy, and they even had the room ready early which was a huge bonus. Communicating with staff was easy and the location is amazing, it’s near everything in Tirana so you will love it"
