"Wir haben den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Das von Modica mit dem Auto ca. 15min entfernte Landhaus ist eine schöne Ruheoase. Vom personal bis hin zur Sauberkeit war alles top. Auch das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr lecker. Insgesamt wärmste Empfehlung!"

"Really enjoyed our stay. Close to everything - sea, restaurants and shops. 5 minute walk to the market. Big room. Friendly staff. It has a great rooftop terrace. A little misleading about the pool - it is at the other property across the street and costs $20 euros for an hour. We parked at a public multi-level garage - about an 8 minute walk. The property is in a ZTL. Loved Ortigia."

"An absolutely wonderful hotel. The people were extraodinarily gracious, welcoming and relentlessly helpful and kind. The room was oddly shaped, but who cares? The bed was luxuriously comfortable. Breakfast? Incredible? Over-the-top excellent.
One note: The hotel is located in a modern, developed and somewhat sterile suburb of Modica, a bit removed from the city itself. Ask the people at the desk to arrange transportation to and from the town with Stefano, a most excellent and thoughtful...

It was likely beautiful in its heyday, but today it is neglected and in need of renovation and maintenance. The room was very spacious but dated in style.
