"Bed was so uncomfortable. Could feel the springs poking into me. We took 2 rooms with 2 double beds each. All 4 beds were the same. Hotel seem to have done some aesthetic updates but beds were left out of it. "

"Our room had a good design with bathroom adjoined by a wardrobe area with a luggage rack big enough for two suitcases. Large, comfortable bed, sitting chairs & desk. Loved the rainfall showerhead. Window view of street and church across the road. Could walk to many pubs & restaurants. Parking is outdoor and right next to the hotel. Great for a couple. "

" This property is a great place to stay to visit Platypus House, Beaconsfield Mine Museum and Sea Horse world. Stayed in the Executive Suite and it was stepping back into the era when built. The room was huge and included a lounge area, dining area and very modern and clean bathroom. The owners have revamped the decor to the era and ensure that you enjoy your stay. The host very, very welcoming, provided a lot of information regarding the places to visit in the area and explain restaurant...
