"Exactly what we needed - a simple overnight budget hotel stop midway on our journey. "

"Property is quite beautiful in a shabby chic kind of way, although the ground is relatively small. Food is decent, but nothing too memorable. We didn’t realise it has a Michelin star, so decided to pay the premium as we didn’t want to go out after a long drive from Calais. Restaurant service was not great to be honest, we had to keep asking for our wine glass to be replenished, even though they didn’t seem to be short of staff. "

"Extremely comfortable, three room, one night stay. Service from Frederick was great which included a free Kir for the three of us as gold status booking. Dinner was also delicious. "

"It was a really lovely little site. Reception staff were friendly. A very picturesque place to stay. The cabin would’ve looked so much better if it had been painted on the inside rather than bear chipboard, but overall I would stay here again"
