a challenge

When we arrived at the hotel they could not find my reservation in the system . I had quite a challenge to get hold of Hotels.com for assistance . Mailed confirmation of bookings need to be in the local language. Once checked in the room did not have water . The new room did not have hot water . The hotel is fantastic and we hope to get hot water today

Tem muito a melhorar!

O check-in foi razoável, atendente pouco simpático, atendimento do bar da piscina muito bom, o quarto antigo, colchão horrível, dormi mal, café da manhã muito bom, com atendentes simpáticas e prestativas. Primeiro hotel que me hospedei em que são cobradas toalhas para a piscina. Não tenho vontade de retornar a esta hospedagem.

O lugar é lindo, fazendo juz ao nome "garden" com muita vegetação deixando uma atmosfera de estar junto à natureza. Ao mesmo tempo que é perto do centro do bairro e principais pontos de comércio, serviços e praias. Já quero voltar lá e não penso em outro local de hospedagem, só quero o Thalassa Garden.

Razoável. Tivemos problemas devido nossos pets, por ser um local que aceite deveria ter mais empatia com os hóspedes, foi cobrado 25 a diária do Pet e isso não é informado no site, e ainda mais os pets não poderiam fazer barulho, sendo que isso é quase que impossível.

Maravilhosa. Para quem gosta de de natureza e comida boa, aqui é exelente. Achei o quarto um pouco velho necessitando de manutencao, mas nada tao relevante. O hotel dispõe de varios ambientes com contato com a natureza.

Experiência Excelente

O hotel possui uma estrutura muito boa, aconchegante e bonita. Você se sente hospedado dentro de um parque natural: ambiente muito arborizado e imerso na natureza. Ficamos em um quarto excelente, bem espaçoso (25m), com uma varanda muito grande contende rede, mesa e assentos confortáveis, além da vista de cima com uma visão 360° do hotel. O quarto tem um banheiro com separação de ducha e sanitário, muito útil. A cama do quarto é gigante e muito confortável. Adoramos, ficamos com vontade de morar no quarto. O café da manhã é uma delícia, cheio de opções gostosas e todos os dias novidades, além de poder fazer alguns pedidos como tapioca, ovo mexido… Duas piscinas, ambiente de leituras e o som dos passadios e micos todas as manhãs. Uma hospedagem maravilhosa!
