Rooms well appointed, spacious, and clean. Good location - midpoint between beach and old town. Hotel provides shuttles but easier to take a grab rather than being limited to shuttle schedule. "

"Perfect family escape – peaceful, spacious, and memorable We stayed in a 3-bedroom villa as a family of 9, and honestly, we enjoyed it soooo much. This place was exactly what we didn’t know we needed. The kitchen itself was great and well-designed, although there were no kitchen utensils provided at first (apparently for safety reasons). Slightly confusing when you book a villa with a kitchen to cook. The staff quickly came to the rescue and brought us the basic cooking essentials from the main kitchen. The villa is a bit isolated from shops and busy areas, but for us, that was a huge plus. We were escaping noise, traffic, and crowds and this place delivered total peace and quiet. Everything felt very new and well maintained, the view to the beach was beautiful, and the pool was stunning. The kids absolutely loved the playhouse, and honestly even just walking down the pathways felt calming and enjoyable. The beach was clean, peaceful, and perfect for family time. And the staff? Extra friendly, warm, and helpful—they really made us feel welcome. Overall, a fantastic stay, perfect for families looking to slow down, relax, and actually enjoy being together. Would happily come back (and maybe bring our own spatula next time 😉)."

"Such a charming hotel a stones throw from the heart of the shopping and attractions. We had been worried about booking here after recent floods but they have recovered perfectly with everything clean, and I’m so glad we did. The service and smiles are amazing and I can’t fault a single thing about our 4 night stay. A few notable comments: early and efficient house keeping (no coming back after lunch to an unmade room), great food, fast service for room service and requests, a blissful day spa (we had a 3 hour package one night before bed after a busy day & it was the best decision). The large bathrooms and comfortable seating area are also a plus. While I had been nervous that some reviews referred to noise at night, we have found it to be ok. There is some noise that echoed into our room which was close to the lifts one night, but it was attributed to loud people, not the fault of the hotel. Definitely value for money staying here."
