"I had a wonderful stay at Zazz Urban Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and my room was spotless throughout my stay. The staff were always polite, professional, and friendly, making me feel very welcome from check-in to check-out. The only small suggestion I have is that the bathroom could use additional lighting around the vanity area to make makeup application easier and improve visibility when using the mirror. Other than that, I honestly cannot find anything to complain about. The hotel feels very safe, clean, and well-maintained, and the pricing is extremely reasonable for the quality of service provided. I highly recommend Zazz Urban Hotel to anyone visiting Vietnam. If you're looking for a comfortable, safe, and affordable place to stay in Ho Chi Minh City, this hotel is definitely worth trying."

"Staff is always nice. Helpful. Hotel lobby is still incomplete, but it is well maintained. You can hear music at night, as there is a KTV downstairs. Free parking if you stay at the hotel. 24hr service. Rooms are clean, housekeeping is on point. Fast and efficient, I was in the room when they cleaned once. Nothing stolen, honest hotel. Huge plus is the An Dong market across the street, has anything you want to buy in Vietnam."
