"The bed is as hard as concrete and even though they were nice enough to get a topper, it made very little difference. Most uncomfortable 2 nights of sleep. And there was a half drunk coffee in my fridge which was a little gross. Location is great and not elevators either so take that into consideration. Not sure how they re rated so highly. Staff were friendly. "

"This hotel is beautiful - my room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, I had everything I needed - a comfy bed (but quite hard mattress), a tv with Netflix, a very good shower and a beautiful view of the river. The swimming pool is cool and clean and I had it to myself. The breakfast is very good - mix of western and Vietnamese food. "
