"Quiet Property with lots of beautiful plants and decorations. FREE BICYCLE use too! The rooms were so nice and clean, the staff made me feel like family. It is so close to Old Town but far enough to not hear scooters or karaoke constantly."

"日本語の上手な女性スタッフさんがいらっしゃって、チェックイン時に地図を使ってホテル館内やホテル周辺の説明を丁寧にして頂きました。旧市街へは徒歩約10分弱で行くことができ、観光にも便利でした。朝食ビュッフェは種類が多くて、とても美味しかったです。傘や自転車のレンタルもあります。素敵なホテルだったので、今回ここに泊まれてよかったです。"

"家族的なのんびりした雰囲気のプチホテル。設備はエレベーターも在り安心。部屋も良く清掃されていて清潔。アメニティー類も充実。ホイアン観光中心地から10分程と適度に離れるため、むしろ快適。隣には品数豊富な食堂。道路の向かい側には薬局。近くにはミニマート在り。夜は静かで、早朝5時ごろに散歩に出ると、近所のおばさんたちがニッコリ笑顔を返してくれる。そんな所。アレコレ求めずに田舎町の小さいホテルを楽しむならば、お勧めです！"

"From the moment I arrived, Miss Ten was so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, quiet and air conditioned. The shower was enclosed, which was a first for me in Vietnam. Water prices from the mini bar were good and she invited me for lunch with her and her family, which I had to decline, but it was a lovely offer. The location is excellent. There are bicycles you can take for a ride around the area. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hoi An. "

"Room is pretty run down. Foul smell in the bathroom, room has strong musky smell. Hand wash, bath gel and shampoo smelt really bad. Do not understand how they didn’t realise it. Breakfast was basic with lots of variety of fruits. Only went once out of 3 mornings. Positive : Location is good, right infront of the night market and many good restaurants nearby (5-10 mins walk). Receptionist, Anh was helpful is giving us information re Hoi An "

"A wonderful family run accommodation, where Duong and his wife make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Duong was extremely helpful in arranging a trip to My Son Sanctuary and an airport transfer. It is possible to rent bicycles for free, so you can easily cycle to places such as Cam Kim Island and An Bang Beach."

"Lovely staff. Spacious rooms with balcony. Really good breakfast! Vy and Muoi were very helpful and welcoming. Location was good. Away from the noisyness of the old town area but still within easy walking distance. We had a very late check in past midnight but they made sure the security guard had our details and gave us the keys with breakfast information and even took us to our rooms to show how everything works! Thank you for a great stay!"

"This was our second trip to Hoi An. The town is majestic! The hotel was fantastic. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and most of all an exceptional staff. We were also super happy with the store across the alley from our room. We bought drinks, snacks, deodorant and rented a scooter from them for the equivalent of $5 a day. I can’t say anything bad about the trip and genuinely loved staying there. If you pick it try to meet and talk with the store owners also. Super sweet sisters...
