"Was really disappointed with this hotel. Not up to standards expected at Marriott brand. Upon arrival, we asked for a room on a lower floor, staff was friendly and accommodating, moved our room, but never mentioned that it was an accessible room. (Why not?) And it was terrible…not clean and shower was abysmal. We again asked to move rooms. They sent us down the hall to another room, better but still not up to par. Tiny and very dated. Breakfast was awful and the coffee tasted like poison. ...
