"My room was comfortable and clean but really really small. Breakfast nor coffee were NOT available at 6:30am as I was told when I checked in. Check in is the only time I saw a staff member. I like this place but its a hole in the wall that is good for a short stay."

"The room was very clean. The shower was great! The staff was very accommodating. Easy to get to. We stayed 2 nights and had no problems at all. "

"Customer service was beyond amazing. They responded immediately. We stayed the first night of the winter storm, January 2026. They were very accommodating with early check in/out due to weather. The room was clean, super cute and within 5 minutes of our event. We were traveling with our dog, and the room came with pet bowls. I wish we would have been able to enjoy the court yard. I would highly recommend this place and will stay again. "

"I was disappointed with my stay. The internet was not good at all, and even after asking the staff for help, the connection never really improved. The TVs also weren’t the best, and the TV guide seemed outdated, which made it frustrating to find anything to watch. It would really help if the hotel upgraded the TVs and made sure the guide was current, especially for guests who are from out of town and want to relax without dealing with technical issues. Overall there’s definitely room for...
