"This was probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The room was filled with mosquitos. We needed additional pillows which they said would be to our room in 15 minutes. We had to follow up with the front desk 4 times and it took 2 hours for the pillows to finally come. Then to top it off the receptionist up front was SO RUDE and put a finger up to tell me to wait when I asked about the arcade door being locked and our key card not working to unlock it. Never ever staying here again and it was for Mother’s Day weekend."

"Pool and staff were awesome. Maid left someone else’s sock in our room, pool speakers blown and static and our bathroom faucet was loose and would shut off by itself. Elevator needs a total overhaul as it looks like a freight elevator"

"Nice rooms and great mineral pools. This place is a hidden gem for the price. There is a huge park two blocks behind this hotel for running and to take the dogs. There is an excellent Thai place up the street. The restaurant in the hotel is good. There is a Starbucks walking distance and grocery stores nearby. 15 mins drive to downtown Palm Springs. We could stay here for a while. Would appreciate more options in this fitness center. "

"The pools were for the most part good. The main pool was very dirty throughout the day and no one was there to clean it. We complained to the lifeguard who was away from his post the majority of the time doing who knows what. We have been there multiple times in the past and the lifeguard always maintained things and was always present, so I’m not sure what happened with that expectation but it was a definite issue."
