"Hate to complain, but...... When you list a pool and hot tub I counted on using them. 2 days that I was there neither was working. The walls were so thin between units the gentleman next door woke me snoring. He was not loud and I sleep pretty soundly. You could hear the people having a regular conversation. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the amenities were nice. I just have a problem with advertised features that always seem to be down."

"Rooms were great. Clean and we had everything we needed.
Only downside was we were able to check into one hotel but our hotel was in a completely different place so we got turned around a bit. Otherwise, great experience"

"Room was big and spacious. The furnitures were in poor condition. The love seat was very worn out. The long bench was also faded and dingy. The bed was terrible. The mattress is very bad condition, there's big dips on both sides of the bed. I slept on the foot side of the bed. The bed frame all around is falling apart. Rips in the head board and the frame is also ripping from the leather. All furnitures needs anything upgrade. Also TV needs more channels. Needs Netflix!!"

"We liked our stay - except for the pillows in the room. They were too puffy and thick. It would be nice to have multiple types/sizes of pillows. We like flatter/thinner pillows and these were too big and thick/high as they hurt the neck.
We had to use a towel as a pillow.
Everything else was wonderful!"
