"It was what you expect for the price point and being the chain that it is. Staff were very nice. Room was clean. The room could use a good scrub on the baseboards and first impressions would go a long way if bayhroom water damage was fixed. Bathroom is incredibly tiny so to use it with the door shut it drove home the water damage behind the toilet, dirt in corners, and the shower curtain rod pulling from the wall. "This property needs some updates. The first room we were in had a non-working tv and the toilet needed to be replaced. The next room we were in, the air did not work well, the shower curtain did not stay closed and the toilet was loose. I had my own white towel (which had a total different look than their towels) and they took it when they came to clean the room. "Honestly I’m not usually the one to write reviews but I give this place -10 stars, the curtains had mold, carpets were nasty and covered in red stains, blankets and pillows were paper thin and the fridge and microwave were both broke. When I asked to switch rooms I was told no and that there was no rooms left despite there only being 2 cars besides mine and 30+ rooms, I was told that was the only one available.
