I loved that you could use all amenities a few hours before check in and also after checkout until 3pm. This was great for us because weather was not great for beach so we were able to use the pool and hot tub after checkout until 3pm. "The room smelled very damp and the hallway had a strong smell of urine. The toilet tank cover was visibly smaller than the tank and on backwards to cover the too big opening which still had gaps. We were not given enough towels for the number of people in our family. The room was not prepared with bedding for the pull out couch/bed that we required. One Front desk staff employee was on her phone when we went to make requests for supplies that should have already been in our room. And the other...

"The only person working was an older gentleman that didn’t seem like he wanted to be there at all. The bed linens were supposed to be white but they were stained yellow, the floor was filthy, the connecting door to the room next door knob was broken off and you could see straight into the next room (which was occupied) so we had to hang a shirt over it for some privacy, the bathroom sink was clogged, there’s no parking options except paying for hourly street parking or paying $25 a night to park...

"Clean and comfortable room with a large fridge and well stocked kitchen for cooking. The bar was nice for having a cocktail on the patio or poolside. Breakfast was as expected - many choices from toast and cereal to premade eggs and sandwiches. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful with suggestions for entertaining my young grandson.
