"Very professional staff, incredible location near the entrance to Yala National Park. The staffs English could be improved upon but the staff were very attentive, warm and helpful. The room we had was incredible. Very large with all the amenties you could expect. The small private pool was nice but cold and not really used. The food at the restaurant was well prepared and reasonably priced. They have both an international food and local Sri Lankan menu to choose from. We look forward to returning some day!"

It happened on 08/08/2025 and I am still chasing the refund of the money I paid. I am contacting hotel.com customer service again n again and they say that they are recieving any response from hotel.
