"Good Bits: Great location, free parking, kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfy (fairly hard which suited us) Clean and well presented apartment. Good wifi (essential) Martin is friendly and helpful Not so good bits: Shower towels are too small. Pillows are way too soft and offer zero support, No USB points anywhere. General: Under floor heating is good but can take 24hrs to warm the apartment up."

"We had a great stay in apartment number five, but our checkin process with the front desk at Crystal Hotel was horrible. Everything up to the payment was great, but then it turned to a complete mess. With no information at all, I was presented with a much higher bill than the Hotels.com confirmation. "Wir haben zu viert ein WE bei Jessica verbracht. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt, sie hat uns herzlich empfangen und alles gezeigt und uns noch einige Tipps für die Umgebung mitgegeben.
