"This was a beautiful property and the suite we had was gorgeous. The only issue we had was the washroom shower drain flooded and they did not fix this in time. The shower experience was not great, and the room was not cleaned when asked. They refused my request for a late checkout but one gentleman was very understanding of the situation and allowed us to check out later. This staff saved the review or I would have it 1/2 stars."

"Beautiful hotel in a great location. The room was lovely and spotlessly clean. Only negative was, we felt, on our first couple of days at breakfast there seemed to be a shortage of staff, disorganisation, having to ask for things e.g. cups, teaspoons etc, also most empty tables still had dirty dishes on from previous guests, and we had to wait for one to be cleared on more than one occasion. "Beautiful hotel & checkin/out process was fast & efficient. Staff so friendly! Rooms not huge & very dimm lighting but sufficient for our quick stay. Bathroom & shower are great! Close to tram to old town and a quick walk to beach. Breakfast items couldve been replenished more when big crowd. If you dont want cappuccino from machine you can pay extra for authentic…may take a while to get it."

"Great location and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the room was quite small, and the bathroom wasn’t really suitable for three adults and one child. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room, which I assume was coming from the drains. The staff did try to resolve the issue, but unfortunately the smell lingered for most of the trip. "Great location, right next to the train station so going to day trips along the coast is really easy, it’s also close by to a large moniprix if you want to grab any essentials. Hotel room itself is decent sized for two people, bed quality is good, breakfast nothing special. Would recommend for a weekend"
