"We did not enjoy our stay here. We could not get hold of reception to ask questions about our check-in and had to call over and over before we finally managed to get hold of them. We got married the night before and were staying here as a relaxing end to our wedding weekend. On checkin the lady said "I believe congratulations are in order! "I rarely write negative reviews but this is the one that I have to say about.
Con:
1. Hot water stopped after 5 minutes when I was in shower then became totally cold water while my body was full of soap. Without choice, I had to under the cold water to wash the soap off my body. Inevitably I caught a cold and my body temperature raised to 38 degrees at night. Took 2 tablets of Panadol.
2. The sliding door to the backyard does not work properly. I opened it trying to get fresh air but couldn’t...
