"Room was spacious and clean. Perfect location for us to get around in Raleigh outskirts and to get to Lenovo Center for the hockey game. Breakfast was good although they seemed to run out of some items . Staff were helpful and courteous. Nic stay."

"Very unethical business. I had a cancellable reservation. I had time upto 6 PM to cancel or else they will bill my credit card and hold the room for me. This is the policy of Expedia arrangement with hotel for cancellable reservations. I went in to check in at 9 PM, they had cancelled my reservation without notice! When I went in to check-in, I had no room! I had to sleep in car. Terrible experience. They had sold the room for higher price for someone else. It was graduation weekend and hotels...

"The room was very basic—it doesn’t even have a hair dryer. The mattress reminds me of the those from the 70’s with creaking metal springs. I was shocked to see that those types of mattresses is still being used."

"There was burn holes in the tables and blankets, the fire detector was ripped out the wall so that made us feel very much unsafe.. there was a gap under the door. Had to get moved into a different room because the TV wasn't working"

"TOO MUCH SMOKING FOR A FACILITY THAT POSTED NO SMOKING. EMPLOYEES STANDING OUT FRONT SMOKING ON TUESDAY MORNING WHILE WE PACKED OUR CAR. DIRTY FLOOR IN LOBBY THERE WAS A SPILL ON THE FLOOR FOR TWO DAYS. OUR ROOM SMELLED OF OLD SMOKE AND NEW SMOKE IN THE HALLWAY. NOISY ON THE FIFTH FLOOR BY OTHER GUESTS."

"The property itself was very nice. Iris was very nice. The breakfast was good. I had ask them not to touch my sheets on the bed. Iris gave house keeping orders but they didn’t follower them. They did not come in the room like they was supposed to, to tidy up. I was there 4 nights and I had to go to the office to let them know that no one came to tidy up the room. I also had to kill a big roach crawling on the wall. That was really disgusting."

"Great stay. The room was clean. The breakfast was great. There was a waffle maker, cereals, eggs, bacon…Plenty of choices. Overall a great place to stay for a quick getaway."

"Worst stay! They try to charge because they said smoking in the room when the room already smell like smoke. This was suppose to be a short stay for two nights and they just try to get all the money they can out of you. Do not stay here again! Reaching out to lawyer to figure this out because there is camera in the hallways that shows we walked outside every time to smoke."
