We got up to our assigned room and immediately once we stepped off the elevator, the entire floor smelled like cigarettes despite being a smoke free hotel. "The room was very cramped; the mirror was broken but still affixed to the wall; carpet was grungy; and it appeared as if some people were living there long-term as if a shelter. I have stayed in numerous Motel Six but Wethersfield has shaken my confidence in booking Motel Six and referring it to friends. This was an instance where, "you get what you pay for", was true."
