Hotel Alpenrock Breckenridge, Curio Collection by Hilton
4/10 Poor
"Overall it is a modern hotel w nice aesthetics. It is not walking distance to Main Street but there are not many choices to stay in Breckenridge when looking at nicer options... Id say the hotel has the basic amentities (small gym) 2 restaurants which lobby restaurant is basic bar food and noone finished their food, the service was not helpful as bartenders said come down and order your food were too busy to deliver room service, then I requested late checkout by 1-hour to have breakfast as I was traveling w a child and 2 dogs and they denied me, then waited for 30 minutes for valet to bring car when there was no line... It is run by young kids that focus more on socializing amongst themselves then tending to the guests unfortunately... "
"If you've ever wanted to experience a lock-off unit masquerading as an "entire condo," this is your spot! The listing promises privacy, but plot twist—the main condo has easy access to your room while you're locked out of theirs. Who needs security when you can have that thrilling "someone could enter anytime" vibe?
Listed for 4 guests but actually sleeps 7! The hosts crammed in beds at the expense of trivial things like a dining table. Breakfast in bed, lunch in bed, dinner in bed—living the dream! Who needs furniture when you have multiple sleeping surfaces?
The "kitchenette" features a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The genius touch? ZERO dishes. Not even a cup for that coffee maker. It's a culinary escape room! Brings new meaning to BYOC (Bring Your Own Cups... and plates... and anything useful).
Bonus features include shower curtain mold art and a check-in process that doubles as an escape room. Bedding and towels for 7 though, because consistency is overrated!
Would recommend only to people I don't like. Disappointing, unsafe, absolute waste of money—but hey, creative advertising!"
