"Perfekte Lage, überwiegend sehr gutes Personal und sehr aufmerksam beim Buchungsprozess. Deutliche Abstriche bei der Bewirtung vor Ort. Die Lobby lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein. Die Bars haben sehr schwierige Öffnungszeiten, die nicht mal eingehalten werden. Wir wurden eine Stunde vor Schluß am Montag bei voller Bar zum Verlassen aufgefordert. Das entspricht nicht dem Standard aus meiner Sicht. Wir kommen trotzdem wieder."

"Everything was great: easy check-in (a little early, in fact, which was greatly appreciated after a long flight), a spacious and clean room, HUGE and comfy bed, surprisingly large bathroom suite with proper doors for bathroom privacy as well as separate shower and large bathtub, a kettle with coffee and tea (that was restocked daily without asking, thank you!). "We loved this hotel, from the very minute we arrived we felt welcome. The room was fantastic, with free mini bar and a little personalised welcome card. We had a death in the family and were late checking out. The staff were so kind and caring, it was no problem atall. Thank you. "
