"The rooms were clean and sparse. The loft rooms were fun with kids but would be very difficult for anyone over 6’ to manage. The staff was okay. They weren’t exceptionally friendly. Very limited English speakers so made it difficult at times. They take your card to have on file for incidentals but you can’t actually charge anything to your room. The restaurant was not great. The video games are cool but good luck using them. Usually two people would be camped out for the evening at then. Also...

"Perfect location to the ski busses and the city center (lots of shops and restaurants), ski rental shop in the hotel, great coffee station (complementary). Nice bar with lots of gathering spaces and comfy chairs. We did not choose the breakfast buffet, but our travel companions said it was great. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant twice, food was amazing and reasonably priced. Spa area has a swimming pool, hot tub, wet and dry sauna, ice room and a quiet area with swinging chairs by the fire....

"Central Chamonix location with parking for most cars. Typical ski hotel with wooden panelled room and matching features. Good shower and bathroom. Easy access to town. Nice hotel. I didn't eat breakfast. "

"The hotel worked great for two older guy friends skiing for a week. The thumbs up go to the excellent location, good clean rooms (very clean), helpful staff and convenience of an attached ski shop. The buffet breakfast was OK, but nothing to write home about. If you really care about a pool, sauna or hot tub this isn't the best choice. "Staff was amazing. Michel, Daria, Solange, Clara, Irina and Daniella. Fantastic, hardworking, helpful, kind, and fun. Ownership is working to make the hotel nicer. The little bar is nice to come back to and have a quiet beer. Location perfect! Price point perfect! A bargain actually in Chamonix. Quick walk to food, entertainment, services and transport.
