"Room was clean but very tight, especially bathroom. Soap dispensers very difficult to get soap out of holder(like they don’t want you to use too much). Beautiful location, right across of park and beach. Great restaurants along Ocean Dr. Enjoyed the free bicycle rentals. "

"Every staff member I spoke to especially at the front desk seemed bothered to assist. The hallways and rooms are dirty and there were other guests screaming and carrying on. Banging doors and shouting past midnight and thru the early hours of the morning. Every time I tried to call front desk to ask them to send someone to address the issue…the line was busy…for hours and fast busy like they turned it off. Pools are clean but that’s it…everything else is dirty and unkempt and unless you are a college kid or an all night party-er this is not the place for you. Not family friendly….the smell of weed is overwhelming outside. It’s so bad that the hotel has sensors in the rooms to detect smoking so everyone smokes weed and vapes in the hallways and common space.. it’s also not safe for females alone….lots of places for someone to lay in wait "

"Valet was always under staffed, we call know one picks up, we ask for towels we get limited, we go to the beach the hotel ran out of towels, we call for room service no one picks up, one of the elevators seemed to be in operation. It was just horrific "

"It was a large property not far from Disney and close to stores and gas stations if you need to run out for anything. The staff were friendly. The water park was enjoyable and there were multiple pools. The resort food and drinks were expensive, and they needed more lounge chairs near the pools. The property was definitely showing signs of wear and tear. Check in was at 4 but our room was not ready. We waited in the lobby until 5:30 before we were finally given a room key. When we got to the room, it was not properly cleaned. We asked for house keeping to return and finish cleaning a few things while we ran to the store but upon returning we found all they did was come empty the kitchen trash. Luckily we had bought our own cleaning supplies and finished the job. The room also had a terrible smell of mold and mildew. We didn't notice it at first due to the cleaners having been there, but it was strong the next morning. We would have asked to switch rooms if we had been staying more than just a couple days. We got a 2 bed, 2 bath condo and it was very spacious. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very large and there was plenty of seating out in the main area. Also, there was a large balcony, which we enjoyed. We could also see some of the Disney fireworks from our balcony. Overall, it is a good property for families and has a lot of potential, but needs some work. I felt that the coat was too high for the experience we got. "

"The breakfast menu and quality was great. Staff were very eager to please and pleasant. Everything was very clean. The only thing I would improve on is the hotel bar, although the service was good, it is small and needs to be improved on."
