"90% of the reason I booked this hotel was for the pool and hot tub so our grandkids could enjoy them while on a short vacation. Neither were in operating order. There sure were nice pics of them on the website though. Very disappointing. The pool didn't look like it had been touched in quite a while."

Back hurts from the bed almost 36 hrs later. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone... personally would like a full refund.."

"The Sioux City Comfort Inn was substandard at best. First thing I noticed as I checked in was a sign on the desk saying they don't allow locals to stay there because of past "problems"; clue #1 as to how the night would go. Next thing I noticed was the side door we used to bring our stuff in had the door latch taped with package tape to keep the door from locking; it stayed that way all night I guess because it was still taped up in the morning.
