"We only stayed one night, the room was clean and well stocked. Breakfast is standard fare but was warm and breakfast area was always well stocked and clean. Free coffee and tea bar available at all times was really nice. Only one problem for our room which was the bathroom door lock was broken and it was a pocket door that couldn't even slide to close the whole way. We arrived late and was too tired to get it addressed though we did mention it during checkout and staff noted the problem and...

"Bathroom dirty and kitchen dirty. When I went to complain about it because I paid for a clean place and told her about it as I also requested things to clean it, the worker had this response “oh my god”. She then walked off to get it.
I went and clean the tub not to mentioned it had hair all over it and the sides of the tub was dirty.
The toilet has crap stain at the bottom and then it’s dirty at the back of the toilet.
Experience not nice at all after driving 4hrs to come here to relax. "
