"The staff were fantastic in accommodating our large group for our suite stay. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was close to a few restaurants so that was nice to take a walk. The pool area was well maintained. The breakfast was so good!!!! We will definitely be staying here again in the future before our cruise and for any other stay we have in Port Canaveral. "

"The breakfast buffet was fresh and had many options. The coffee was great too. The staff upgraded our room to a suite. It had a living area, kitchen, and the best part was the view. I will definitely use Best Western again. "

"There were a few breakfast options. I expected a continental breakfast to have more breakfast bakery meals and more bread options. Also, it was annoying to have to bring my luggage up the stairs. An elevator would have been more convenient. The room was blah and getting a parking view was disappointing for the amount of money paid. "

"I gave two stars because of the staff lady checking me in. She was rude and not accommodating at all. We arrived early from a cruise, couldn’t get our room, and was told room before 1pm would cost $40. We had a handicap room and apparently the people before us had a late 12:00 checkout? I don’t believe they had just one handicap room in the entire hotel. I asked when can we expect then to get our room? She said probably 1pm. We saw the people check out and leave at 12:15. We finally got our room...

"Come to see the rocket launch. We had a great time. Staff was nice, rooftop bar was great, apps were good. We had a “blast”.
There was a rude guest who kept calling down to the front desk because my kids were playing at 630pm. Everyone was in bed by 845 watching a movie and she continued to call down to the front desk. Then the woman had the audacity to knock on our door at 8am asking us if we were leaving bc we were too loud. We have never had issues like this before. She was out of her mind...

"When speaking to the manager, it seemed super nice & well managed. Once we got to the property & entered it looked nice, but that was before looking closer… When we pulled down one of the futon beds, crumbs & yucky stuff FLEW everywhere. & when we covered that up with a sheet & then opened up a blanket to get some sleep after a long day of travels, we noticed a… peculiar… stain on the blanket. With there being a washer & dryer on site, that was enough for us to grab our things & leave....

"The room we were in really needed updating. Some of what looked like black grime on the bathroom floor, door, and shower curtain and edges of the room may have been discolored from age but just looked like dirt and grime. The bathroom door was warped and difficult to close because it scraped across the floor. The small bedside table, desk, and chest of drawers had warped and cracking on the tops in several areas. The mirrors were cloudy and old with spots as well.
