"Grow Residence is a nice 2* property near the MRT Pink Line elevated monorail. Walk 5 minutes to Nopparot stop (hospital is at Nopparot) and ride one stop to Fashion Island a very large shopping mall.
Grow Residence is clean and staff are very friendly but speak very little English. The property has dated fixtures and needs renovation; no hot water at sinks only at shower.
It is next to a PPT gas station plaza with Black Canyon restaurant, S&P bake shop, Amazon Cafe, and 7-Eleven convenience...

"For the money ($22/night), it’s a great value. Only problem with the room was the shower hardware was not stable, but everything else in the room was modern and clean. There’s a big shopping mall, easily accessible, many convenience stores and street food vendors. It would be a great place to stay, long term, too."

"Very nice new Hotel. Obviously the Quarter is upgrading their lines. This is better than two other hotels from the chain that i visited in the past. The gym, pool and restaurant areas are great. So is the lobby. You are a grab ride from sukhumvit that depending on the time will set you back from 150 to 300 bath. The area has many restaurants around and a 7 eleven at the corner. Recommended. Very nice staff also. "

"Clean rooms. Excellent service. Very friendly staffs and helpful staffs despite some struggle with English. Corridor carpets feels a bit old and might need some maintenance as it’s bludging out and trip hazard. Room service food is good. Breakfast buffet doesn’t have a huge variety but it’s still taste great! Definitely be back here when I come to Bangkok again. Great value. "

"All the above from checking in the staff was great had trouble finding my passport and they let me go to the side to unzip my suitcase and then I finally found it and they provided me with a seat ethic and told me about the café while they got the room ready. The café was amazing glad that they provided one hundred baht per day to eat their. The room was also amazing comfortable, and very cute aesthetic. "
