"We got the highest room on 8th floor after making the request. Hispanic man at front desk was very helpful and kind and called when room was ready. The hotel has been recently updated and is really nice. I loved our room. There are only 2 elevators and they are very slow. We were there Monday thru wed so can’t imagine the wait on the weekends. "We’ve always loved staying here. It’s a beautiful hotel and great location. I do have to say the service was lacking from the start on this stay. The valet was visiting with 2 other employees on arrival and then got on his phone. We started unloading.
