"Exhausted after traveling through New England for two weeks, we were welcomed at the desk by Julia, who was amazing. She right away gave us a welcome gift of two bottles of water. We were early to our room booking, and we asked her for ideas for something to do until our late afternoon tour started. She graciously looked to see if a room was ready for us. What a nice surprise! We were able to park very near to our room, unpack and relax and catch our breath before setting off for our afternoon...

"The location was fantastic and the gentleman that checked us in and helped us park was great. However, there was a leak that had water dripping into our room and onto the bed during our stay. The staff provided bed linens and towels and told us to address it with the man the following morning, and he was not available before we checked out at 10."
