"We had a lovely stay at the Gordon Hotel. It was 2 blocks to the Gateway to India, and easy to walk anywhere. Never felt unsafe. The staff were very friendly and helpful. "Siolim is charming and full of history. This area and North Goa were our favourite. The room was lovely and very clean but the exterior of the property and pool area need upkeep and maintenance. There are also good food options nearby and the breakfast was simple but very good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!"

"I had a rocky start with the staff who asked me to cancel my reservation as they couldn’t have my room ready on the day of check-in. To their credit, they willingly listened to my plea and gave me a human customer service. I was grateful for their service by the end of my stay as they went the extra mile to make up for the non-functional room. Restaurant was excellent, staff was wonderful. I highly recommend this place and hope they keep treating customers as human beings. Kudos to the staff...
