"The rooms have a nice touch and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was okay but nothing special and we had a very unfortunate night where we couldn't sleep until 2am due to a private event which happened in one of the restaurants and the very loud music was extremely disturbing. For that price we expected more."

"This hotel was a wonderful hotel in its time. They have not maintained it. However, and the bathroom needs to be completely redone. The water heating system is a problem. Their towels and their linen is not hygienic and really old. I do like this property, but they really have to do it up service, the bathrooms and get new linen and towels."

"This is a very beautiful and considered place to stay. The mix of courtyards, the pool and the indoor spaces are wonderful. The bedrooms are charming and comfortable. The food offering is good but a little bit limited. The staff are very sweet and helpful. "

"Yes- the property was and is breathtakingly beautiful but what makes every stay amazing & unforgettable is how the staff is and at Casa Britona- they are exceptional! Hospitality and warmth with an attitude of "how can I help?" for every slight irk one might have during the booking process and stay, they emulate the "Mi casa, su casa" vibe at every step and every minute of the stay. Thankyou Mr. Lenny at booking and Amit at the property for making our short stay a memory of a lifetime."
